Is It Safe To Drink Wine With Misoprostol Tablets Before Endometrial Biopsy?

Hello, tonight I'm supposed to take two Misoprostol 200 mcg to relax the cervix before the endometrial biopsy fixed for tomorrow morning.
I was said to take both pills while eating. Is it fine if I'll drink a glass of red wine? ... That relaxes too...
