Is It Safe To Feed 4 Month Old With Cooked Wheat With Lactogen Milk?

hello sir, my baby is 4 month old pls can I give her wheat that I prepare by myself grinding it and be making like pap and mix it with lactogen milk pls advise me can she take it. or I should buy cereal imported mix it wt lactogen milk gv her pls which one is best 4 her. tanxs
