Is It Safe To Fly With Erythema Nodosum?

I have erythema nodosum, I have had it now for nearly 4 months when the doctor told me it would only last for 5 weeks. He told me I couldn't take anything for it and told me to have a blood test. I have not yet had the results back because I have got to have another one but i need to know if i can go on an aeroplane with this disease. My doctor seems to think it has been caused due to me taking an oral contraseptive?
