Is It Safe To Get Tongue Pierced While Being Diagnosed With Hemophilia?

Alright so I've been thinking about getting my tongue peirced, I have severe hemophilia but I figure if I take a larger dose of my factor an hour or so before hand and stay on top of it I should be alright? I have a few large tattoos that didnt give hardly any trouble with bleeding when I got them. I'm just curious if I would be okay to get my tongue peirced without major problems?
