Is It Safe To Give Ambroxol/Clenbuterol In Liquid Form To 7 Year Old?

Dr. can I give a child 7 years old ambroxol/clenbuterol in liquid form? He has a lot of mucus anf flemme. He has cough problems and has had 5 days of this medicine, but though the cough is better now he started with bronchial problems. Can I give him 5 more days with higher dosage?
