Is It Safe To Give Azee With Meftal For Fever And Throat Infection?

Hi , My son is having fever 101.9 since 3 days , with history of throat infection , loose motion , Doctor advised himt to take Azee for 3 days with meftal but his fever was not getting down , only got releife when antipyretics was given . After 3 days days blood sample was taken for routine examinatin , HINI precscribed monocef 500 mg / IV . with oflomac . now he is not having anything and having loosie . pls suggest waht to give him to eat & he is very cranky with IV canula
