Is It Safe To Give Crocin And Ibugesic For Recurring High Fever In Infants?

Helllo Doctor , my child is 2 year & 2 months . He got fever last night . I gave crocin . It reduce then again after 4 hrs fever comes . actually day before yesterday he took long bath , was quite hot . I am thinking because of that he got fever. He is having slight cold also . Should I give him Ibugesic along with crocin
