Is It Safe To Give Novamox For Severe Cough In Children?

My son suffering from cough since last 4dativing Zyr cold but no relief ... Last month Also suffering from infection in year due to do cough then child specialist prescribe Novamox by which he got relief.... Should I Give him novamox thrice a day... He is not able to sleep properly an
