Is It Safe To Give Omnicef And PseuDoephedrine For Cough And Runny Nose To 1 Year Old?

Hi,My 1 yr and 2 month had high fever on the past Monday and has had runny nose. We have been giving him Omnicef twice a day before meals for 3ml each dose per our doctor. Today he started coughing and the runny nose is still going on. Can we give him additional medications to help coughing and runny nose? Our doctor used to give him pseuDoephedrine for 2.5ml twice a day after meals and rhinathiol for 3ml three times a day after meals. Can we give him all three medications? Will it be too much for him? Thanks
