Is It Safe To Give Pedicloryl Drops For Cough And Fever In An Infant?

Hello doctor, my baby is 9 month old and tonight she is very cranky because she has got cold, cough, cracked voice, fever and teething is also there. I will be taking her to the doctor tomorrow morning but for the time being can I give her pedicloryl for a good night sleep and in what amount, and also crocin for fever
