Is It Safe To Give Tylenol And Benadryl For Ear Infection In Children?

Hi have my 2 year old two hours ago i gave regular tylenol and benadryl she has and ear infection congestion and also thrush in her mouth she cant sleep cause off the pain can i give her tylenol 3 that they and send her once for ear pain now or how long do i have to wait
