Is It Safe To Have Accutane For Acne In Hot Summers?

I have recently just started roacetine drug for my achne I m on my third weeks And I m travelling to a hot county in a weeks time Sunday and wondering will this affect my skin if I am meant to avoid the sun ? Which I don t want to avoid the sun ? Do I come off it and restart when I return or carry on and use lotion ?
