Is It Safe To Have Laparoscopy Again Within Three Months?

I am from Bangladesh, my wife Age 27, had 03 nos. of ovarian cyist and those were removed by Lapratomy 03 months ago. but after 1.5 months there is again a cyist developed at adjacent to her left overy. because of this she cann't conceive. Dr. said that her both overy is ok. noy what should we do? is there any problem to laproscopy again within 03 month?
