Is It Safe To Have Prenatal Vitamins Instead Of Multivitamins?

Hi, I was having issues taking a multi vitamin so I asked my doctor if it was okay to take a prenatal vitamin instead. Since taking them for a bout a month, I have had a clear thick discharge with a bit of blood after my period. Should I be concerned?
