Is It Safe To Have Probiotics Twice A Day For 20 Days?

1) Can I take two 25mcg Thyronorm tablets in lieu of one 50mcg tablet for hypothyroid. 2) Pre-Pro biotic tablets, prescribed to compensate antibiotics effects against friendly bacteria; can it be be taken twice a day for 20 days? Is there any side effects for such high dosage?
