Is It Safe To Have Regestrone To Postpone Periods?

Hi Doctor,I am 31 yrs. I am travelling to ladakh, a high altitude place(around 10000 ft above sea level) I am expecting my periods around the same time.I get bad cramps during the first day. Is it advisable to take Registrone tab during that time to postpone period considering the high altitude area or can I take some painkiller to reduce my cramps. Please advise. I am in a dilemma.Thanks,XXXXX
