Is It Safe To Have Somnapure For Sleeplessness?

67 year old female and I was wonder if I can take the sleep aid, Somnapure. I take Inderal la for heart palpatations (I be had since I was 30 yrs old) and Avalide for regurgitating heart valve. Can t get to sleep before 4:00am. My Dr. Put me on Xanax, but I m groggy the entire next day. This natural sleep aid is suppose to have no after effects. What is your opinion on the affect of my health conditions vs Somnapure. Thank you!
