Is It Safe To Have Hysterectomy While Suffering From Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Since being dagnosed with Rheumatiod Arthritis, I am taking Humera and Arava - both immunosuppressors. Recently during an MRI a Fibroid tumor was found on my left ovary. Since I have fibrocystic breast disease, my gyno says I need an hysterectomy. I have had a plethora of infections and problems since my diagnosis with RA and have been hospitalized because of these infections. I am concerned about having such major surgery with no immune system. My MRSA swab came back positive for the bacteria in my nasal cavity. What are the dangers involved in having this surgery with no immune system to protect myself?
