Is It Safe To Have Sex If I M Feeling Discomfort After Taking Multiple Doses Of Canesten For Vulva Irritation?

I have had an irritated vulva, I took 2 doses of canasten and it went away. I took a 3rd dose of canasten to be safe and am feeling uncomfortable. I feel like I could have sex but I don’t know if that’s a good idea when I’m feeling uncomfortable down there?
