Is It Safe To Have Unprotected Sex?

hi doctor, i want to ask that i and my husband have sex . we do not use and condom, as i don't feel so comfortable, but he always ejaculates outside. its been 4 months of marriage and always he had ejaculated out. I just want to ask is it safe ? i mean i won't have any infection ?
