Is It Safe To Increase Duphaston Dosage During Pregnancy?

Hi doctor. I have regular periods but due to progesterone deficiency doctor gave me duphaston from day 15 to 25. After using duphaston for the first month I got pregnant. Now I am 4 weeks pregnant.doctor told me use duphaston 200 mg at night.? Is it ok or shouId i increase dose from 200 to 400 mg?. Please advice me
