Is It Safe To Keep Using Avamys And Prednisone For Severe Sinusitis When It Isn T Helping?

Hi, I am currently battling with sinusitis. The inflammation of my nasal cavity is so much that I can only breathe through my mouth. It get so bad in the night when I experience dryness in my throat and would almost choke. I have not been eating well for fear of choking and so have lost so much weight. I am using Avamys ( Fluticasone furoate) nasal spray and Prednisone at the moment and not getting my much relief. Please should I do? Is it okay to continue taking the medication. I do not have my money for surgery.
