Is It Safe To Leave A Small Curved Root Tip After A Third Molar Extraction, Or Should It Be Removed?

have a third molar extracted and a root tip was left... My dentist and another dentist said I should leave it alone because the root tip is not so big and removing it may make them remove bone! and they don t want that to happen and they say it may also come by itself I am so scared because it s curved
