Is It Safe To Masturbate After Undescended Testis Surgery?

Hello Sir , I am 29 years old unmarried man height 5 feet 4 inch weight 54 KG from Nepal. and recently I did undescended testis surgery and all report is well and good and it's been 18 days today .
The concerned doctor said me that i shouldnot lift heavy thing for certain times but he didnot mention exact time . i mean till for how many months ?And when i consult him about child birth and sexual life then he told me i can easily give birth to a child . My query about this is (actually i didnot consult him about this ) after how many days or month can i have sexual relation or can i take self sexual pleasure like " masterbate "..?and once before surgery i told him about can i have sexual pleasure as well as erection in pennis with just one testis then he told me nothing bad will happen..all will be fine. he further told me " (you) i should remove my mental thinking of such about like if i will be unable to erect hard or ejacuate or sexual pleasure with just having one testes ". i am sorry if i have asked wrong question.Doctor , can you please tell me , suggest me ..after how many days or months can i have sexual relation and after how many months or days can i masterbate..and is it my own mental unwanted thinking or not by just having one testes ..there will be no such hard erection or can i give sexual pleasure to a female ? please guide me .
