Is It Safe To Masturbate While Being Treated For Epididymo-orchitis, Or Should It Be Avoided?

I m 23 male went to ER and found out I had epididymitis that turned to orchitis I ve been on doxycycline, along with ibuprofen, flomax and Klonopin for 6 days all the medication is helping but I d like to know is masturbation safe while I m being treated or should it be avoided asking because I had a wet dream this morning and want to make sure I didnt hurt myself.
