Is It Safe To Pop A Sebaceous Cyst On Face?

Hi, I had a sebaceous cyst on the side of my face about the size of a pea, I popped it and the area is now inflammed. I only popped it 12 hrs ago so may still be healing, but dont want it to get infected. I used sterilised needle and have cleanned it up. will it be ok? or should I get antibiotics?
