Is It Safe To Reduce The Dosage Of Clonazempam And Include Seroquel?

My daughters doctor instruct me to reduce Clonazempam from 2 Mg to 1.5 Mg and at the same time take 25 mg Seroquel three times per day. I abide by doctor s order. And monitor for two days I found out my daughter agitation increase from mild to mid severe. My question is is it a good change
