Is It Safe To Smoke Weed 4 Days After A Head Injury With 12 Stitches And While On Antibiotics, Painkillers, And Paracetamol?

Hi Doc! 4days back I had a bike accident, I got 12 stiches on the left back of my head and some scratches on my left hand, shoulder, Is it okay if I smoke weed?? During last 4 days, I didn t feel any headache, drowsiness, nausea and all! I feel absolutely fine...just the scratches hurt sometimes! The medicine which is being prescribed to me is a Antibiotics, painkillers and gastric tabs and paracetamol! Please help me!
