Is It Safe To Smoke Weed While Taking Primolut-N, And Could It Have Caused My Heavy Flow And Dizziness?

Hello, please i d like to if it s safe to smoke weed while on primolut n. I used primolut for 7 days, a couple days later, my period started. 2 days into my period, I smoked some pot and had such a heavy flow with dizzyness, i usually have very heavy flows and dizzyness thought primolut could help me manage it, I don t know if the smoking caused the heavy flow or if primolut n didn t work for me
