Is It Safe To Take APE Alpha Testosterone For Gaining Muscle Mass?

i am 23 years years old and I have been trying to gain muscle mass I was told by a friend to use a product called APE Alpha Performance Enhancer Testosterone. My question is is it safe to take? I have nothing wrong with me medically just don t know if it will shoot my testosterone through the roof and cause some bad side effects.
