Is It Safe To Take Althea Pills During Irregular Menstrual Cycle?

Hi, I just started taking Althea Pills 3 nights ago, because I thought it was already my 1st day of my period cause I noticed a blood stain, but after 2 nights it was only a false alarm menstruation. what will I do now, shall I continue taking the pill or shall I stop and wait for for my mens?
