Is It Safe To Take Ampiclox And Buscopan Post Abortion?

I was given cytotec for a medical abortion and was prescribed ampliclox 2g per day buscopan twice a day and mefril 1g per day.can these drugs cause an incomplete abortion? I was one mnth pregnant on 21st of mar n i took the cytotec on 22nd mar i passed a large tissue and bled heavily for that day.the bleeding was not there on 23rd n today 24th its just very light spotting and am worried since am feeling constantly bloated and some mild cramping..is this normal n am i at a risk of incomplete abortion?Can ampliclox cure an uti?
