Is It Safe To Take Azithromycin With Cefixime For Fever?

I have suggested Woman around 50, with Typhoid Cefixime CV 200MG BID for 15 days. 1 week is over, occasionally, she has fever. The ESR from 115 came down to 50 in this 1 week. My concern is why she is getting fever. Should i suggest Azithromycin along with Cefixime Cv. Clinically she is Good. What is the suggested Diet.
