Is It Safe To Take Blooume For Multiple Corns In Toe And Finger?

HI Doctor, it started with a corn on my right toe, slowly it became big and it seems like spreading in my foot. My toe is now covered with multiple corns, it has spread to the next finger as well and all of them seems to grow. It is very painful. One of my doctor gave me Blooume 66 to apply to these but not too much happened in the time. Other doctor suggested consultation with dermatalogist. I am very confused. Can you help me. Thanks
