Is It Safe To Take CholesLo,Omeprazole And Benicar For Tightness In Chest?

Do you know if CholesLo interferes with omeprazole, benicar hct and/or atenolol? I became diligent in taking 2 pills a day of CholesLo along with the other pills listed and experiencing tightness in the center of my chest for several days. All top test done on heart show no form of artery blockage. My last x-Ray test read blockage at 1.2 with one being the highest. I am 57 year old female
