Is It Safe To Take Clarithromycin And Amitriptyline For Foot Infection In A Diabetic Person?

Hi I am diabetic currently with a foot infection which I have been given clarithromic antibiotics for I also take amitryptiline at night I ve taken both tonight and feel like my heads racing I e had it checked it about 115 when resting should I go to a&e ??
