Is It Safe To Take Clindamycin And Valacyclovir Together For Shingles, And How Many Hours Apart Should I Take Metoprolol Tartrate?

Hello I have Shingles & was prescribed Clindamycin & Valacyclovir ! Is it safe if I take them both together ? I also am prescribed Metropolol Tartrate how many hours apart should I take it after I take the Clindamycin & the Valacyclovir? I’d greatly appreciate your expertise in this matter Please !
