Is It Safe To Take Combiflam For Fever?

Hello sir ,Iam having fever from eafternoon on wards and I took combiflame. Then it was ok for 6 hrs no again from 11 pm onwards fever started then I took dolo 650 and azithromycin 250 yet the fever is not under control its 101.4 now so I took again combiflame do it ha any problem as I took dolo at 11 and combi just now
