Is It Safe To Take Combinase For Chronic Sneezing?

I have problem of sneezing in the morning.Once i left the bed i sneez 30 40 times continously.Some times also i feel my right nose is choked.Once i saw this problem to Dr.They prescribed me Combinase 40.I took this medicine and i was ok.But this medecine is having side effect like i was feeling sleepy all the time,Dry Nose etc.Please suggest me should i continue this medicine or suggest me new one.
