Is It Safe To Take Diane Pills Continuously For Three Months Without A 7-day Break?

Hi, i am taking diane pills continuously for three months already without 7 days pill free interval. Is this safe for my health? I did not consult any physician. I just read in an article that diane pill should be taken for 21 days and take no pill for 7 days for the menstrual period.
