Is It Safe To Take Doxinate Tablets In The Morning For Vomiting During Pregnancy?

This is 14week for me. Often I get vomiting. Do my doctor advice s to take doxinate tablet 2 before eating at night. But I was wrongly understood I was taken 2 tablets before eating in the morning. Now my doubt and fear is, any danger because of i took tablets before eating in the morning. Please answer me
