Is It Safe To Take Dronis On Being Diagnosed With Varicose Veins?

Hello sir I m gynaec myself and after my second baby I started getting irregular period,acne etc. I started taking tab dronis 20 since last 6months but I have mild varicose veins also.I use grade 2stockings for the same. Should I stop taking tabs. Which I don t want to do.
