Is It Safe To Take Dydrogesterone,Ranitidine And Clomid Together?

I only took once Dydrogesterone(10mg) and Ranitidine (150mg), which was given because of the absence of period. But by the time i was supposed to take next dosage I got my periods. So should I stop the medicine?I am trying to get pregnant and doctor has given me Clomid also, which I am supposed to take on the 3rd day of this cycle.. So shouldi stop Dydrogesterone and Ranitidine and continue with Clomid??
