Is It Safe To Take Eritel Instead Of Betacard For Hypertension?

I am 62 year old lady with hypertension for the last 10 years I have been prescribed Betacard 50. Recently my doctor says that my pressure is high and has changed it to eritel 40. Is it ok. Will this have any side effects. Apart from this I don't have any health issues .
