Is It Safe To Take Fenofibrate To Reduce Triglyceride Level?

Yes, I was just prescribed fenofibrate, apparently my tri g...were VERY high since an accident in September.So it says one tablet daily.....when,and should I take it in the am with breakfast....includes yogurt and fresh fruit, also coffee, and occasionally kefir, with pomegranate juice....please let me know as my life has changed drastically since September. Thank youl
