Is It Safe To Take Fentanyl Plus Hydromorphone For Chronic Pain During Urination?

I am having great difficulty urinating. I take a lot of meds due to chronic pain. Have been on them for over 10 urs and am now on fentanyl 125mg along with hydromorphone 8mg. along with various other meds.These are new meds along with otezla 30 mg. The rest of the meds I ve been on for yrs with no problems. What could be causing this
