Is It Safe To Take Forocort 100 For Breathing Problem?

Hello Doctor,I have been having breathing issues for the last 2 years. Initially Allegra and Montek LC helped. After it being intermittent I was on Nasonex inhaler for 3 months which kept things at bay for about 4-5 months. However Now things have gotten a little bad and I am on Forocort 100 fro 1 month now. I do not have confidence while on playing outdoor sports. Please advice and suggest, I actively want to take part in sports.
