Is It Safe To Take Histal D C And Nasacort For Sinuses And Sore Throat?

I am having headache right across the fore head, sore throat,hands and feet feeling a little weak. i always suffer from sinuses, where i live always have an odor coming from the outside. can Histal D C help, along with a nasal spray name Nasacort. I need your advice.
