Is It Safe To Take Lipitor And Enalapril Along With Muscle Relaxants

For 21 years I was taking Lipitor, Enalapril and Toprol Xl because the doctors told me I had a mild case of high blood pressure with no side affects. Once in a while I would get flutters but the cardiologist said it is okay.
My recent EKG showed atrial flutter so my dr said to go off of Toprol XL and take Diltiazam(340 mg) and Xarelto(20 mgs) in addition to the Lipitor, Enalapril.

I have a genetic defect of severe scoliosis and Raynauds Syndrome.

After taking all of the above I had a muscle spasm and my primary presecribe a muscle relaxant I took 12 pills and stopped because they did nothing. Two day after I took the muscle relaxant I now have a black tongue -- I thought it was geting better but today it got worse after I took 2 days of Diltiazan (340)
take 240 mg previously. Help afraid on interactions between these drugs can cause more trouble
