Is It Safe To Take Loprin During The 7th Week Of Pregnancy After Bleeding In The 6th Week And A Drop In Platelet Count?

Hello Dr I m 7th week pregnant. Bleeding started at 6th week of pregnancy. Dr prescribed me loprin 75mg in 7th week. In the start of pregnancy my platelet counts were 446 but now 373. Is it safe to use loprin? Because I already got Bleeding in 6th week
